We rent the vans four or five times a year, and having the van delivered to the house has been such a wonderful service. The van is also picked up at the house when we’re finished. I want to buy the same brand and model tie downs and hand controls that were in the van I rented. If you find the time can you pass along the make and model. The tie down clamp was substantial while remaining easy to use; the hand control had zero play so braking was immediate and predictable. I look forward to renting from you again." " I just wanted to let you know how happy I was with the van and the service we received from your company. Jared was wonderful! I tried to save having him go to the airport so early on Sunday, so my plan was to leave the van and call him with the location. Unfortunately, we couldn't figure out how to get the anti-theft light off and start the car, so I ended up calling him at 5:00 a.m. He was very pleasant and helpful. " Throughout the wonderful week we spent in Colorado, I kept thinking, “I must call Matt to thank him!” And thank you I do! Because of your caring and experience, we were able to get around the state easily and comfortably.

I happened to find Wheelchair Getaways on the internet, just by chance. In addition to providing me with an accessible van, you referred me to Duane Duran of A Solutions Medical for a scooter rental. I’m so happy that you were able to coordinate with Duane, so that we could pick up our van and scooter at one time. Duane was very cooperative, even coming to our hotel at the airport to exchange the scooter to make me more comfortable. You also referred me to an insurance carrier who provided collision insurance at a very reasonable rate. You certainly know what you are doing!

As I told you in our phone conversation, I was able to get to the top of the gondola ride in Steamboat Springs. Believe it or not, they have a specially built gondola, which is made to accommodate a wheelchair or scooter! In just minutes I was looking at a magnificent panorama of Colorado mountains—an experience to remember. The last place I expected to find myself was at the top of a mountain!
