- Valid credit card for vehicle deposit

| Service Animals:

If you use a service animal, please inform us during reservation. Service animals are the ONLY animals allowed in our vehicles. Unauthorized pets will be subject to cleaning and damage charges.

| Deposit:

- 50% Deposit required to confirm
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or check will be accepted for deposit
|

| Cancellation Policy:
|
| More than one week notice- 100% of deposit returned
|
| 72 hours or more notice- 50% of deposit returned
|
Less than 72 hours notice- no refund of deposit
|
| Refueling Policy:
|
If the van is returned with less than a full tank of gas, there will be a charge of $25.00 plus cost of fuel.
